- Purchase of residential property under estate development floor plan.
- Purchase of market shops/stalls in Government approved areas.
- Refinance of existing owned residential properties.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE:
- Employed Nigerians in Diaspora:
This is any individual that is gainfully employed for a period not less than 1year. He/ She must be a confirmed employee of the organization.
- Self- Employed Nigerians in Diaspora:
An individual engaged in a professional business or vocation for a period of not less than 3years.

TENOR The facility shall be available for a maximum tenor of 15 years subject to the following:
- Applicant must not be older than 45 years at the time of securing facility, to be entitled to the maximum tenor.
- Proof of years to retirement (must be greater than tenor of facility).

GUIDELINE FOR APPLICATION:
- Log onto www.bankphb.com or nida.bankphb.com
- Click on NIDA download and fill the account opening form. Other instructions for the account opening process are on the page.
- Go back and click on Buy your dream home (NIDM.)
- Download and complete NIDM application form.
- Download and complete credit check authorization form.
- Forward completed application and credit check authorisation form to our agents with supporting documents to include but not restricted to:
- Evidence of Legal Residency.
- Copy of unexpired passport.
- Statement of accounts for the immediate past 6 months.
- Pay-slips/advice for the past 6months if employed. along side a letter from employers confirming monthly income.
- Submission/execution of all documents necessary for perfection of legal mortgage on the property by the applicant:
- Tax Clearance Certificate, Ground Rent Receipt, Development Levy Receipt and Tenement Rate Receipt.
- Formal instruction from the applicant to the vendor/estate developer instructing/authorizing him to release the title documents - deed of assignment/deed of sub-lease of the property to the Bank when available.
- Original receipt of payments made to Estate Developer (if any).
- Any other document that is deemed necessary for the appraisal of the mortgage request by the bank.
- Offer letter from the vendor of the property.
- Copy of title document.
- Approved Building Plan (Land purchase excluded).
- Undertaking from vendor, estate developer, his solicitor or agent to submit valid title documents on the property directly to the Bank when available.
- Valuation report on property from a Bank approved valuer indicating market and forced-sale value of the property.
- Satisfactory search report on the property from a Bank approved lawyer.
- Receive notification and details of NID Account opened
- Remit relevant equity contribution to NID Account through our EASY Remit or any of our correspondent bankers.
- Applicant funding purchase 100% shall remit 5% of cost of property as service charge.
- Receive from Mortgages PHB/Agent the following documents:
- Offer letter.
- Legal Mortgage charge forms.
- Insurance PHB or Legacy Insurance Brokers contract form and doctors declaration.
- Complete forms and forward to agent.
- Receive advice of disbursements.
